All the products on our website;
- are LOCATED IN CANADA
- priced in CANADIAN DOLLARS
- shipped directly to you WITH NO UNEXPECTED FEES
- and we may require an adult signature for the package
SHIPPING CALCULATION:
Shipping charges for most of our products range from $9.95 to $24.95 per order, via Canada Post Expedited Parcel and depending on the destination. The products excluded from this option are Cabinet and furniture humidors. Please see the “Shipping Options” section for these items.
Please note that these initial shipping costs are non-refundable, even if you need to return an item.
PROCESSING:
We do our best to process orders on a daily basis from Monday to Friday and occasionally on the weekends.
Orders placed outside that window or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
SHIPPING OPTIONS:
Canada Humidor's preferred shipper is "Canada Post" as they ship to any address in Canada. We have selected them as they provide the best service overall. For cabinet and furniture-style humidors, Canada Humidor ships via UPS, Purolator, Manitoulan Transport, or other couriers. If any customer wishes to use another shipper, we will do our best to make that happen.
Canada Post Expedited (2-9 Business Days, depending on destination) - This is available for all of our products, except cabinet or furniture humidors, to Canadian residents.
Canada Post XpressPost (1-4 Business Days, depending on destination) - This is available for all of our products to Canadian residents and the cost increases with the price of the order to cover the considerable difference in shipping charges.
Canada Post Lettermail - This is available for products under $7.00 that will fit in an envelope and be shipped to a Canadian residence. This is NOT a guaranteed service and Canada Humidor will not replace lost, stolen, or damaged packages for this service only.
UPS, Purolator, etc (4-10 Business Days, depending on destination)
- We can ship most of our products as an alternative to Canada Post, upon request.
- Large Cabinet or Furniture Humidors, to Canadian residents with outside delivery. Inside delivery must be arranged by the receiver. – All shipping charges will be displayed in the shopping cart.
- We cannot ship to PO Box via Fedex or UPS... A street address is required.
Canada Humidor does reserve the right to ship via the most economical shipping option providing the same or a higher level of service. If you have specific requirements, please contact us.
TRACKING PACKAGES:
You will receive an “Order Completion” email with tracking information as soon as your package leaves the warehouse.
You can also track your package in your Canada Humidor account, under “My Orders”.
EXCLUSIONS:
- Any shipments directed thru a "reshipper" are not covered for damage, lost package, or non-receipt.
